At Music On Vinyl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your record arrives damaged or you are unhappy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Carefully pack the vinyl in its original mailer or equivalent protective packaging to ensure the sleeve and disc are not damaged during transit.

Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement within 3-5 business days.
