Drops Of Jupiter
The San Francisco-based band Train released their second studio album Drops Of Jupiter in 2001. The album title was taken from the track "Drops Of Jupiter (Tell Me)", its lead single, which was a major international hit and won two Grammy Awards, including Best Rock Song. It's still the band's most popular track, streamed 1.2 billion times on Spotify, and counting!
The album features two additional singles, "She's On Fire" and "Something More" and was a worldwide hit, charting in several Top 10 Album Charts, such as the UK, Netherlands, Australia, Canada and the US, based on CD and cassette sales only (!).
It took 19 years before a vinyl release was finally issued in 2020, on the US high-def label Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab. A European release, equally audiophile sounding, was first released by Music On Vinyl in 2023.
Drops Of Jupiter is available on black vinyl and includes an insert.
